On the initial, Coffee and Leather and milk chocolate, balance was perfect, acid was nice, cut throw a orange merlot sauce like a laser! Tannins were sweet very tame and the finish was silk! Nice bit of vannilla. Wine was very feninine. This why I love Pavie, In big years 00, 03, 05 very big and broad, and in off years totally different, feninine and supple. Drinking great now!
