Monday, March 29, 2010 - Wine Education Service - Chablis is Chic (LSE): This was a defective bottle but initially had a great nose, delicate lime with strong mineral notes.
But then the taste - so disappointing, horribly musty.
What was interesting here was that the nose didn't betray that the bottle was "off" until some time later when the mustiness became evident there too.
