Thursday, April 1, 2010 - Decanted for an hour. Nose was kind of funky with an herbal smell. First few sips were still a little weird, but quickly cleared up to reveal nice fruit. Alcohol was well integrated and nice tannins on the back end. Full bodied and unfiltered. This is a good wine. Need to decant for a couple of hours to get rid of wierdness. Definately for syrah lovers.
