Sunday, April 18, 2010 - Wow, what a huge California Syrah - just the style you expect from Rosenblum. It probably does not pair well with most meals, but packs a solid punch as an evening sipper.

A bold and distinctive bouquet that may not appeal to all (but I liked). Highly extracted and rich, dark fruits on the palette with a solid band of oak (but not excessive) through to the finish. What a bargain for $10 on clearance.
