Saturday, May 22, 2010 - The entry had a little bit of a sweet edge to it and had strawberry flavors and the more expected cherry as well. More forward than most Barbarescos I've had, but the finish did end more with a drying tannin feel. Lower in acidity than most I have had. A nice wine that went perfectly with Osso Bucco at Wild Olives (Todd English rest) and only $10 corkage.
