Friday, June 11, 2010 - Dark purple...Very young so was not surprised how tight this wine is......After about 3 hours I did get some dark fruit and chocalate on the nose along with a hint of wood...Palate was also tightly wound but did show some dark fruit, earth and minerals...The fruit is extreamly ripe and focused...Good acidity and mouth drying tannins...I am going to purchase more but not pop one for at least another 5 plus years....This bottle will last for 20 plus years easy..My 93 is based on today, but this can easily be a 96 plus point wine down the road....Be patient and enjoy!!!!
