Thursday, June 24, 2010 - Youthful appearance in the glass, no bricking. Cherries, plums, herbs, creamy oak and pepper on the palate, with a little cocoa and just a hint of leather. Drank with Bryan Flannery wagyu burgers seasoned with basil, garlic, and salt. The food really brought out the fruit and pepper aspects. By no means over the hill, about 50:50 primary : secondary right now.
