Tuesday, March 9, 2010 - Bouchard / Fèvre / Henriot Tasting (The Wine Cellar Club - Irvine, CA): Heady and powerful on the nose with lemon, stones, bread, and apple. Tremendous grip and acidity on the palate with substantially dense yet delicate flavors of yellow fruit, yeast, and minerals. This has great balance and complexity while providing both density and elegance.
