Tuesday, July 6, 2010 - Very lite raspberry kool aid color. At first, I got NOTHING from this wine. No nose, no taste, not even a hint of alc. But after a couple hours...it became a very "pretty" lite Burgundy. Reminded me of a Rose'....but no alcohol kick to it. Fresh crushed wild berries, rose petals, dusty earth tones, candied cherry spice, some tar, celery leaves. Again, a VERY lite wine....yet it does have nice and bright delicate flavors, and just a hint of terroir. Treat it as an easy drinkin, Rose'-like sippin wine. Stick to the whites Roulot!
