Monday, August 2, 2010 - Yummy Napa cab. Rather fruit forward, extracted, don't think about it just enjoy it style of cab. Was great tonight with the porcini mushroom ravioli in a porcini cream sauce. Blue and black berries, a bit of compote, and sweet earth. Smooth slightly grippy tannins. Delicious stuff, though not as superb as the 2006.
