Monday, August 2, 2010 - Decanted about 1 hour. Very dark color, lots of wild berry flavors like blackberry, raspberry, mullberry, boysenberry, with some pepper and little bit of spice. Didn't detect much oak influence which was nice, and it was pretty balanced despite 15% alc. Very intense nose, and walks the line on jaminess, so definitely need to be a new world fruit lover for this one, but again its not an over the top similar to a Clio or something of that ilk... not over-ripe, not port-like... just very pure, fresh and intense fruit flavors.
