Friday, August 27, 2010 - rusty red in color, nice red fruit, mint and fresh soil on the nose, good acid, bight stony flavors, along with cured meat, cherry, eucalyptus and earth, really nice food-wine with a bright mineral backbone, excellent match with a rustic supremo pizza
