Sunday, October 3, 2010 - Opened for Nancy's retirement party. Decanted for about one hour and poured for guests. Well integrated and nicely balanced with a very smooth and pleasing finish. Detected classic blackberry and cherry fruits along with secondary notes of saddle leather and freshly roasted coffee. Served out of a magnum and still showing bright, ripe, and juicy fruit. Sadly my last bottle because it may get better with age.
