Wednesday, October 13, 2010 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS #051; TOP Australia. (by EvA): Still almost black. Eucalyptus, menthol, ink, cassis, blackberries and spices in the bouquet. Same on the palate. Enormous concentration. A lot of sweetness, but also acidity and bitterness. Very ripe and soft tannin. With 15,5% high in its alcohol, but not really disturbing. Probably best now. Very good qpr.
