Thursday, November 4, 2010 - Had this wine with kobe steak. This wine was not decanted and was opened about an hour before dinner. Aromas of earth, spice, rose petals, red fruits emerged in the glass 30 minutes after pouring. Big, rich, concentrated flavors of red fruits, tea, earth. The wine was still tannic and would require more time to actualize its full potential.
