Thursday, November 25, 2010 - 4 Champagnes plus: White gold in color. The nose shows some seltzer. Full bodied. Excellent texture. Nice acidity. Complex and much better on the palate than the nose. Long finish. This is an outstanding value at around $30! It has loads of life left to develop but is delicious now.
