Saturday, November 27, 2010 - Really became something special on day two. Wonderfully intoxicating nose of peaches, apricots, honey, almond liqueur. Extremely long-lasting flavors, mouth coating texture, and just enough acid to say "I'm Sauternes, dammit, not Aunt Jemima." But on day one it was an underwhelming sugar bomb. Cellar time will be rewarded.
