Friday, December 17, 2010 - Dark fruit, spice, violet, and earthiness on the nose. The mouth picks up these aspects, more fruit than an Italian san-go, but pleasingly so. The mouth has a great dusty oakiness to it and good tannins as well. Tasty but having just had the Venom its hard to forget how truly great the Venom is. Still solid value at the price.
