Monday, January 1, 1996 - a very memorable bottle. lots of yeast and walnuts as everyone knows. lovely small bead bubbles remain active through 30 minutes of tasting. the finish is mouth filling and unending. from more recent reviews, i admire the wine's longevity but feel that i am pleased to have enjoyed it in its youth.
