Community Tasting Note

Wednesday, January 5, 2011 - Open on the nose giving crushed red and dark berries, liquorice, apple core, slight florals, meaty nuances and dusty chocolaty oak.
Medium to full bodied with balanced acidity and pretty smooth tannins. Somewhat meaty and juicy feel with notes of vanilla oak, green olives, smoke, white pepper and stone dust towards the mid-length finish.
Rather pure Syrah-aromatics with some oak notes. Nice QPR and not pushing it.
