Sunday, January 9, 2011 - In fine condition. Taking on a little colour but not too much. Good minerally, citrus nose with a touch of butter - ripe. Fine flavour, Any oak oak is there as a trace and well integrated, good acidity - not crisp but not fat either. Ripe citrus fruit, a hint of nuts and subtle minerals. Went well with plaice and pommes boulangere.
