More developed and more oak than a previous bottle. Fruit and oak blend, full and rich with a touch of citrus. Good with chicken in a tarragon cream sauce but not quite what I was expecting. Fully mature.

In fine condition. Taking on a little colour but not too much. Good minerally, citrus nose with a touch of butter - ripe. Fine flavour, Any oak oak is there as a trace and well integrated, good acidity - not crisp but not fat either. Ripe citrus fruit, a hint of nuts and subtle minerals. Went well with plaice and pommes boulangere.

Chablis with Vitis Bergensis (Hotel Terminus, Bergen, Norway): Rich aromas on the nose. Fruity. Some oak (?). A bit sweet and still dominated by perfumed fruit. Delicious. On the palate it is salty and acidic. Good consentration, but it lacks a bit length in the aftertaste.
