Saturday, January 22, 2011 - We had this at the start of our 1/22/11 Lamb and Shiraz dinner. It had very pleasant apple, pear, tangerine, brioche, mineral and mild oxidative aromas. The palate followed with apple, pear, tangerine and mineral flavors. The apple really dominated everything. Someone suggested that it seemed a lot like apple cider and everyone else agreed.
