Taste: Black cherry juice, a hint of oaky butter/cream, bright acid. Decent tannins, could age another year or two. Long finish. This is not too complex, but full flavored and very nice with the delicious grass-fed locally raised sirloin steak I am having for dinner. Good QPR at $14.
