Thursday, February 10, 2011 - Outstanding DP which is right in the heart of its secondary phase of maturity. Slightly gold now, modest but correct mousse. Very distinct aroma and flavor - is it the famous DP coffee I smell? Combined with a full flavored nuttiness and marvelous texture, this is a undeniably great Dom to drink with food as you would a fine mature Meursault Charmes.
