Monday, February 14, 2011 - Beautifully complex nose. Soil, mineral, red fruit. Knocked the crap out of a Bourgogne Pinot I had on the next night. Palate is rife with red berries and earth notes. Great mouthfeel, right acidity, impressive finish for the Gamay.
