Friday, February 11, 2011 - brick red around the edges. notes of some kind of sweet potpourri and, I kid you not, Luxardo Maraschino Originale 32°. some leather and slightly smoky qualities lurking just beneath the perfume. easy elegant tannins, super drinkable right now, definitely in its prime. Charvin's wines are almost Burgundian in style, which I prefer to brute-strength CdPs, so this bottle was really something tasty.
