Sunday, February 27, 2011 - 14% ABV. Opened and left in the cellar for about an hour before consuming. Slightly tawny dark garnet translucent in the glass. Savory nose of dried herb garrigue and a bit of tea. Medium full bodied, mostly savory with earth and dried cherry fruit. Decent, but perhaps a bit past its prime for my tastes. 90-91.
