Thursday, March 10, 2011 - 2001 Barolo and Barbaresco (Vin Vino Wine, Palo Alto, CA): Reticent nose, dusty, savory, some tart cherries and chocolate. Light to medium bodied, leather, tart and tannins. Savory flavors, not a lot of fruit.
