Sunday, May 8, 2011 - 1.5 hour decant. A strong performer with big red cherry and carmelized maple sugar on the nose. Well balanced body with fresh strawberry and smoky bacon across the palate. A big finish with mild acidity but true balance. I can't help but think that a few more years will only help.
