Friday, May 20, 2011 - Nice lil pinot and good pairing w/chicken dredged in dijon mustard, baked w/soy, butter, mushrooms & scallions. On the nose there were aromas of green strawberries, peet moss, dirt, pepper, slight anise & stems. On the palate the entry was sweet red fruit, a lil hollow on the mid and a bit if a steely finish. Not the best vintage of this wine but still enjoyable. A good deal at the close out price if $15.
