Wednesday, September 13, 2006 - Dinner at Bin Wine Cafe (Chicago, IL): Ruby red to purple at the core. Aromatic nose of red fruits, herbs and tar. The palate has restrained fruits, fine tannin and low acidity --- summing up to a round and textured mouthfeel. Loads of black licorice and herbs in the long finish. Very nicely done CdP and ready to drink.
