Saturday, July 9, 2011 - Nose reminded me of stones that had been out in sun all day. Minerality on nose Herbaceous.
Balanced fruit on palate. Hint of menthol.
Soft. Easy to drink. No obvious tannins.
Went well with ribeye steaks.
