Wednesday, July 20, 2011 - Pretty closed at 1st, pale yellow color, took over an hour to open up, with slight baked apple notes, very fine bubbles, slight mocha/coffee, everything appeared in a more subtle and rounded way with medium plus palate that the layers are more in 1 space rather than clearly delineated. Very persistent bubbles over the course of 4 hours, very fine but heritage is much bigger than the wine itself.
