Saturday, July 23, 2011 - Champagne Varietals (Farpointe Cellar): The nose is heavy on the perfume, with some cherry and forest floor behind that. It ended with some spice. Spicy on the palate, with restrained notes of cherry and raspberry. It's a little green on the mid-palate, but the earthy finish is good.
