Sunday, July 31, 2011 - Copper-tinged pink color with somewhat creamy mousse containing large bubbles. In the glass small dispersed bubbles with strawberry, raspberry and yeast aromas. Went flat relatively quickly. On the palate, fruity approaching off-dry with strawberry/raspberry, mineral flavors with a touch of tangerine on the back palate. Short finish
