Monday, August 1, 2011 - Dark ruby color and very distinct tar and rose aroma. Tight bright red fruit taste with very long length and extremely pleasant finish with notable tannins which are not bitter by any means. The mushroom/truffle secondary flavors have not developed yet. Overall extremely impressive for a very young Barbaresco.
