Monday, August 15, 2011 - Decanted. Color purplish garnet. Nose reductive with tight gamay fruit and some spice. Palate similarly tight with acid and tannin on finish. Needs air now. Should open up with more bottle time. I think it's all in there but reserving judgement for now.
