Friday, April 9, 2010 - Sabon Prestige/Secret Vertical (Restaurant AOC): Great black currant intensity on the nose but also with some sweet vanilla-cherries (amaretto). Just a hint of meat..
Heavy dark plums on the palate.. Extremely young and powerful with a long aftertaste. Huge backbone and has the making of a great wine!
