Monday, October 10, 2011 - Aiolos 2011 wine tasting. One of the top reds of the show. Medium ruby. Amazing freshness on the nose, with red cherry, earth, olive. Medium-bodied, quite youthful but very nice with firm but good quality tannins, bright fruit, balancing acidity and a long aftertaste. Cellar for at least 2-3 more years.
