Monday, October 10, 2011 - pop and pour with filet. strong fruit nose and tannins at first. by the end of the meal, the wine mellows. suttle fruit flavors, some chocolate, and pepper. tannins subside some, and compliment the finish. not too complex, but enjoyable and tastey. decant next time. would buy again.
