Sunday, November 6, 2011 - Wasn't quite sure what to expect from this but it was a pleasant surprise. A little mold on the cork and rust on the cage, the cork came out with ease and with ncie if muted effervescence. Lots of yeast, dirt, sage and earthy-notes in this excellent offering.
