Monday, November 7, 2011 - Fill into neck. Perfect capsule and cork. Allowed to breathe in glass for 30 minutes before tasting. Clear dark youthful inky garnet-violet. Attractive, subdued bouquet of creme de cassis, blackberries, anise, damp earth and forest floor, with some tobacco and roast game in the background. On the palate, this was full bodied with mouthwatering acidity, dry dusty tannins, faded fruit, and an herbal finish. About the same after 24 hours under vacuum stopper. Drink up.
