Saturday, October 29, 2011 - Note: tasted along with Aubry Brut on a tasting event.
Initially the wine showed more acidity than expected, but after half an hour it improved considerably. People agreed that it was more complex than Aubry, with a bigger profile of aromas and flavours, and in the end more enjoyable.
