Thursday, December 1, 2011 - Ruby red, slight fade at the rim. Light on the nose, dark fruit, a little pepper. Opened up over an hour or so. Started just simple, clean with a touch of dusty tannin. Gained more depth with some air but still medium bodied. Quite seductive, enough acid to keep it fresh.
