Thursday, December 22, 2011 - This took three hours to wake up and still had some lemon balm notes that in my mind equates to chemical. This resulted in a vigorous conversation about Fevre and general conversation about chemical use in wine. This is a long string of disappointments from Fevre including dumb wines and premox. Granted this is better than most chardonnay on the market but for the money, name recognition and designation I was not thrilled. I also do not think this wine's issues will be resolved with age.
