Monday, January 16, 2012 - Nice Asian pear, citrus and a touch of matchstick on the nose. Beautiful golden apple and a ton of minerality in the mouth. Racy acidity. Fantastic balance of acid, fruit, wood and malo character. Fantastic example of California Chardonnay.
