Sunday, January 22, 2012 - Having drunk 8 bottles of this over the last 2 1/2 years I can safely say that this champagne is awesome. In fact, it is my go-to sparkler, esp whe a rose is needed. Gorgeous color and bead, bright crunchy cherry and flowers on the nose, lovely texture. Complex, nuanced, medium length. I love this wine!
