Tuesday, January 24, 2012 - Decanted for 2 hours. Dark ruby red, vegetal nose of mashed potatoes, celery and some dill weed. Smooth drinker, rather juicy than velvety, fruit in the background, good acidity and a medium vanilla aftertaste. A bit disjointed, not too tannic at all - 86
Decanted 4 hours later: Dramatic increase, vegetal aromas got into the background, prime fruit, cassis, olives, becoming looong. A whole lot better.
