Tuesday, January 24, 2012 - Union Des Grands Crus de Bordeaux Tasting (New York, NY): Nose: Ripe Cherry, Blackberry Jam, Spice Box, and Bakers Chocolate. Palate: Lighter bodied than others, but Med weight. Red Cherry, Bright Raspberry and a slight mineral note. Finish: Slightly hot on the finish, but a great effort. Leaves red fruits and chocolate that linger for a while.
